Malcolm has a new web site being prepared with a target date 1st January 2026.

The Government has supported a 3800m third runway proposed by Heathrow Airport Ltd and its chief executive, Dane Thomas Woldbye.

At a recent Airports 2025 conference BA chairman and chief executive Sean Doyle said the scheme was too expensive and impractical.

Surinder Arora, the billionaire hotelier, did propose a 2800m runway, which he has abandoned.

My consortium, Luton at Heathrow, has suggested an even shorter, cheaper and less disruptive strip replicating the Luton Airport runway.

The Department for Transport refused the proposal with no reason given.
