Something special in Singapore

The 347-room Pan Pacific Orchard is set to open next June on Singapore’s premier shopping street, its namesake Orchard Road, within a 23-storey development made up of four open-air towering terraces.

The hotel will feature 7,300sqm of foliage that covers more than 200% of the hotel’s land area, and each guest room will include views of either the terrace greenery or the Singapore cityscape.  The group already has an outstanding property in Singapore, the Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay.

Upon arrival guests will be greeted in a terrace that covers the lobby space with foliage and cascading water features, and will include check-in areas and ‘intimate seating spaces’ for afternoon tea. The hotel’s restaurant is located on the second and third floors of this terrace.

Floors 5-10 feature an outdoor pool and pool bar across the fifth floor and tropical foliage “that mimics a seaside getaway” with a mirrored ceiling stretching across the entire terrace reflecting the pool and creating the sensation of a blue sky. The property will also house ten Beach Club Lofts with a private outdoor balcony offering direct pool access.

Levels 11 to 16 will feature Garden terraces with an outdoor lawn extending beneath the guest rooms. Each will be lined with private cabanas and will also include the hotel’s destination bar, a dedicated check-in lobby for Club guests and an indoor-outdoor Club Lounge.

The highest floors of the hotel, levels 18 to 23, will feature the fittingly-named Cloud terraces and include a pillarless ballroom on the 18th floor with capacity for 420 guests.

Based in Singapore, Pan Pacific Hotels Group has a portfolio of more than 50 hotels, resorts and serviced suites across more than 30 cities in Asia Pacific, North America and Europe under its three brands: Pan Pacific, Parkroyal Collection and Parkroyal.  These include the outstanding Pan Pacific, close by London’s Liverpool Street terminus, which opened in 2021.
