A jolly joke caption perhaps! In reality the lower belly inbuilt airstair is not "a recent mod" but standard on the Boeing VC-25A since new, allowing independent self loading of passengers at any airfield used. The grander main deck stairs need to be borrowed from the arrival airport. I notice the RAF Guard of Honour couldn't afford a red carpet, but perhaps Donald only expects these in Gold?
