ABTA in Turkey

Speakers will struggle for attention with this location!

EasyJet Holidays is to partner ABTA for its annual convention 30 October – 1 November this year at the 5-star Lujo Hotel, Bodrum (Turkey).  Flights to Milas-Bodrum Airport from the UK by British Airways, easyJet and TUI, plus Ryanair from Dublin, are normally seasonal.

First
of the guest speakers is Oliver Burkeman, a best-selling author and journalist, his latest book Four Thousand Weeks, Time and How to Use it, explores happiness, productivity and how to make the most of the time that we have in an ever-accelerating world.  A self-proclaimed recovering productivity geek, Oliver’s presentation will offer solutions to untapping your own potential.

Launched in 1951 at Brighton, ABTA’s Travel Convention is the UK travel industry’s forward-looking and flagship event providing opportunities to network and discuss the future of travel and tourism. The event has always offered a balance of content anchored in reality with a vision of the future.

An excellent line-up of industry leaders and external experts will provide a broad spectrum of critical insights designed to help you and your business to navigate the current climate and prepare for what lies ahead, whilst guest speakers will inspire you to explore new ways of thinking.

This year’s venue is self-contained but with plenty of opportunities to explore a popular tourist area of south west Turkey.  The hotel has several pools, eight restaurants, an in-house Convention Centre and an array of excellent facilities, and plenty of beach space. Delegates will be able to work and play.

This all-inclusive luxury hotel is set into the hillside overlooking three private beaches on Guvercinlik Bay, just 16km from Milas-Bodrum Airport (BJV) and 26km from Bodrum Castle.
