A new hotel will open in November at the very centre of London’s historic hospitality area, a private enterprise put together by a group of friends.

An artist's impression of the finished property.
Called Broadwalk Soho it perches on the corner of Broadwick Street and Berwick Street in a truly unbeatable iconic location south of Oxford Street.
Broadwick Soho claims to channel the grit, glamour and wild energy of London’s most storied neighbourhood into an opulent contemporary 57-room retreat (including nine Suites and one Penthouse), with an offer of impeccable service and quality. Prices for a double room are listed from around £600 per night.
The property will feature a number of dining options including Dear Jackie, the hotel’s flagship lower-ground floor restaurant, which will serve “classic Italian gastronomy with a modern twist”. It will be accompanied by Bar Jackie, Broadwick Soho’s street-level café available to both hotel guests and passers-by morning to night.
Featured in the property is a resident-only lounge, The Nook, that will include a fireplace and vinyl player for guests to enjoy. There is also a rooftop dining bar and terrace, Flute, which is described as the “crown jewel” of the hotel.
Also highlighted is an eighth-floor private dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows, art, and a fireplace, with seating for up to 24 on a single table.
