Norse to Las Vegas - Cape Town too

Las Vegas (LAS) is to return as a non-stop destination from Gatwick Airport.

Originally introduced as a Gatwick destination with a memorable inaugural by Virgin Atlantic back in 2001 it was stopped at the start of the Covid pandemic and the withdrawal of the airline’s Boeing 747 fleet.

Taking on the route is Norse Atlantic with a first flight on Thursday 12 September, subsequently also on Sunday and Tuesday. Norse is also adding Cape Town with a three times per week service from 28 October.

Las Vegas, is renowned as the “Entertainment and Sports Capital of the World.” It offers a diverse array of attractions from dazzling entertainment shows and fine dining options, world-class casinos and opulent resorts plus a myriad of experiences such as the Bellagio Fountains, the High Roller Observation Wheel, and the vibrant Fremont Street Experience.  Grand Canyon, Red Rock Canyon, and Valley of Fire State Park are not far away.

Norse Atlantic operates the Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft offering two cabin choices Economy and Norse Premium.

Passengers can choose from a simple range of fares, Light, Classic and Flextra, that reflect the way that they want to travel, and which options are important to them. Light fares represent Norse’s value option, while Flextra fares include the maximum baggage allowance, two meal services and increased ticket flexibility.  Other destinations from Gatwick include Barbados, Jamaica, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, and Orlando.
