Global Airlines update

Travel News Update continues to keep a close eye on Global Airlines, the startup which now has its first Airbus A380 delivered to Glasgow Prestwick Airport.

The Global livery has started to be applied and plans for the interior refurbishment are progressing. The next stage of maintenance work is due to commence in the coming weeks.  This will take the airline a step closer towards launching passenger flights in 2025.

On the vital “paperwork” side of things Global has partnered Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, a tech-focused global law firm that specialises in working with companies in the technology and innovation, energy and infrastructure and financial sectors, as a strategic legal advisor to support its investment strategy and capital requirements.
