AND FINALLY: British Airways Second Class

British Airways held its traditional Christmas party at Waterside on the same day as the Airlines 2024 conference, that gathering attended by most of the serious National journalists.  This publication, nor others on the press department ‘black list’, were invited.  An open bar transport was provided to the out of the way venue.  Unlike a hotel, venue guests could not arrive or depart when they wanted. The new First Class suites were unveiled for “sometime in 2026”. See The News in Brief British Airways First Class in this month’s TNU.
