The reinvented Flybe, essentially now based at Birmingham Airport, continues to be somewhat reticent in explaining its future plans, but is clearly firm on holding slots at Heathrow, presumably in the belief that these might become valuable in the course of time.
The sub-contracted press office operates between 09:00 and 17:30 on weekdays only and is closed on weekends and Bank Holidays.
The airline appears to have scrapped plans for expansion at Southampton Airport with three new routes – Edinburgh, Glasgow and Manchester – having disappeared from the airline’s website.
Besides Birmingham, Aberdeen, Amsterdam, Belfast, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Heathrow, Manchester, Newcastle and Newquay are amongst the airports featured on the website, the programme shown until the end of October 2023, many of services currently with limited flights.
According to Planespotters.Net Flybe currently operates eight 78-seat De Havilland Canada Q400 aircraft. The airline’s engineering base is at Exeter Airport and operational offices 2nd Floor, Diamond House, Birmingham Airport, B26 3QJ.

Can Flybe post on their website a clear indication of what flights are being flown up until the end of March, and for the summer?. As a one time frequent user of the airline I find the website port totally uninformative. When does Birmingham to Aberdeen start, and also skiing services to Geneva?
